We are looking for a professional and well-presented Sales Associate to join our abaya boutique in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting abayas and provide excellent customer service.
• Take accurate body measurements for custom-made abayas.
• Handle sales, orders, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain the store’s organization and product presentation.
• Assist with stock management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in abaya sales.
• Proficiency in taking accurate body measurements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Punctuality and strict adherence to working hours are required.
Salary: QAR 2,500 per month.
Location: Doha, Qatar.

Role Description: The Human Resources executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and maintaining HR documentation. The role involves implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting performance management processes, and helping administer employee benefits to ensure a positive employee experience. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with managers and team members to address personnel matters, promote compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to a productive and inclusive workplace. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting training initiatives, and participating in continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
-Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a manufacturing environment.
-Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management, including handling employee records, performance processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
-Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor regulations, with the ability to ensure consistent and compliant implementation.
-Understanding of Employee Benefits administration, including support with enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels.
-Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
-Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools; experience in manufacturing or industrial settings in Qatar is an advantage.

This role involves regular client visits, meetings, and participation in industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Plan and manage daily sales activities, including client visits and follow-ups
Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the system
Generate invoices and ensure proper documentation of transactions
